We employ data at three lattice spacings to extrapolate to the continuum limit. Our result, <inline-formula><mml:math display=\"inline\"><mml:msub><mml:mi>f</mml:mi><mml:mo>+</mml:mo></mml:msub><mml:mo stretchy=\"false\">(</mml:mo><mml:mn>0</mml:mn><mml:mo stretchy=\"false\">)</mml:mo><mml:mo>=</mml:mo><mml:mn>0.9704</mml:mn><mml:mo stretchy=\"false\">(</mml:mo><mml:mn>32</mml:mn><mml:mo stretchy=\"false\">)</mml:mo></mml:math></inline-formula>, where the error is the total statistical plus systematic uncertainty added in quadrature, is the most precise determination to date.
