## Abstract

Based on a recent work on the quantum chromodynamic \(QCD\) factorization for semi\-inclusive deep\-inelastic scattering \(DIS\), we present a set of factorization formulas for the spin\-dependent DIS and Drell\-Yan cross sections at low transverse momentum\.
